Q1 ) I am a 29 year old guy and my wife is 27. We have been married for 2 years. We have not been able to have intercourse or sex at all as I believe that my penis is not hard and strong enough to get inside. I have already consulted a urologist and he gave me a treatment with injection. He injected some medicine in my penis and from there my situation has become even worse. Earlier I used to be able to masturbate but after this stupid treatment I have lost all my sex power. Please help or else my wife will divorce me. Q1 Contd....) Thanks for your response and assurance. Yes you guessed it right. I am so nervous that I smoke 10 cigarettes everyday and drink whiskey atleast 2 pegs everyday. I work in IT company so my life is sedentary, I don't get much exercise.

## For starters,
1. Please cut your cigarettes to 5 a day.
2. Stop drinking as it weakens your sexual organs. Start drinking RED WINE and eat goat cheese instead. You and your wife both need to drink RED WINE and eat goat cheese together. It will stimulate blood flow to your genital area and I am sure you will heal from inside.
3. Start eating 4 raw cloves of garlic as soon as you wake up in the morning. Please improve your lifestyle. You need to exercise.
25 Sit-ups
25 Ab crunches
25 Push-ups
Pranayama.
